PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick mix

Simmer ground beef in skillet; stir to crumble. Spoon drained beef into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine Bisquick with milk and eggs and pour over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6.
