MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground chuck (or hamburger)
2 chopped onions
Lawry's salt & garlic powder
Pepper
1 can ranch style beans
1 can chicken soup
1 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 lg. pkg. soft corn tortillas
16 oz. tub sour cream
2 lbs. sharp Old English cheese

Brown meat and onions, pour off any excess grease. Add beans, tomatoes, soup, and sour cream. Layer in a large casserole dish the soft tortillas, then meat mixture, then grated cheese. Do another 3 layers, ending with a lot of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
