SQUASH CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. squash, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated cheese or cracker crumbs

Saute onion and bell peppers in butter. Mix all ingredients together in order given. Top with cheese or crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
