SCORN (SQUASH AND CORN
CASSEROLE)
 
2 c. drained mashed squash
1 c. cream style corn
1 med. onion, diced
5 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c. canned milk
Salt and pepper

Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients, adding beaten eggs last. Bake at 350 degrees until firm and slightly brown.
