SQUASH AND PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. steamed yellow squash (slice)
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 can Peg corn
Jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Cracker crumbs
Butter
Salt and pepper

Steam squash and onions. Put in casserole. Mix peg corn. Top with cheese. Crunch Saltines on top of cheese, then dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
