SHOE PEG AND GREEN BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 can French cut green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers

Drain and rinse green beans and corn. Mix soup and sour cream together. Put green beans and corn in a dish sprayed with Pam. Pour soup-sour cream mixture on top. Add black pepper to suit taste. Dot with the stick of butter. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
