PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
Pumpkin Layer:

1 pie shell (unbaked)
1 egg
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Pecan Mix:

2 eggs
2/3 c. corn syrup
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients for pumpkin layer. Spread evenly in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Combine all ingredients for pecan mix, except pecans. When mixed well, add pecans. Spoon over pumpkin layer.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
