CARAMEL PECAN PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 unbaked pie crust
3 beaten eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. canned milk
5 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine in bowl the pumpkin, eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
