NITEY NIGHT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

You can use just pecans and not chips.

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Beat egg whites until STIFF. Add sugar a little at a time. Beat until stiff. Add vanilla and beat. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Put in oven; turn oven off for 8 hours or overnight.

Do Not Open Oven Door.
