NIGHTY NIGHT COOKIES 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F when you begin to prepare recipe.

Beat egg whites to foam. Gradually add sugar and continue beating to form stiff peaks. Fold in chips and nuts.

Line a cookie sheet with an opened grocery bag or brown lunch bags. Drop teaspoons full of egg mixture onto paper bag lined cookie sheet. Turn off the oven. Place the cookie sheet in the oven over night. Cookies will be ready in the morning.

I add red or green food coloring to egg whites at Christmas.
