SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. rolled cracker crumbs, save 1/4 for top
3/4 c. grated American cheese, save 1/4 for top
Dash of pepper & salt

Boil cabbage, onion and celery until fork tender. Drain. Blend cabbage, mix, milk, soup, cracker, cheese, pepper and salt. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
