HOLIDAY SPICE ROOM FRESHENER 
3 whole cloves
1 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tbsp. whole allspice
3 sticks cinnamon
3 whole cardamom (optional)

Place in 2-3 cups water. Bring to boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add more water as needed but always bring to a boil and then simmer. (May be put into a potpourri crock but works best if kept in small saucepan on stove top.)
