STRAWBERRY PIE 
2-3 qts. fresh strawberries, washed, stemmed, and sliced
2 baked and cooled pie shells
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping

Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped topping. Spread in bottom of the 2 pie shells. Top with sliced berries. Pour glaze over berries. Chill and serve.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
6 tsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry jello

Bring to boil sugar, water, and cornstarch. Add dry jello. Cool to room temperature and pour over pies.
