ROADSIDE POTATOES 
24 oz. hash brown potatoes (frozen box or bag)
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt

Heat milk, butter and salt together. Pour over hash browns placed in 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
