FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until brown.
