1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
