FRENCH COCONUT CREME PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Mix all together. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. (I use a frozen 9-inch Pet Ritz pie shell.)
