CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
16 oreo cookies with filling
3 - 4 tbsp. melted butter
24 large marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 oz. creme de menthe

Crush cookies in food processor. Add melted butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan and up sides. Chill. Melt marshmallows with milk. Let cool thoroughly. Add creme de menthe. Whip cream and fold into milk mixture. Pour into pie crust. Chill. Save some crumbs for garnish.
