CREME DE MENTHE ICE CREAM PIE 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
7 tsp. or 1/2 c. green creme de menthe
2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press into 10 inch springform pan. Refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 hour. Mix ice cream and creme de menthe and pour over crumb base. Freeze and serve with Fudge Sauce.
