“QUICK CREME DE MENTHE PIE” IS IN:

QUICK CREME DE MENTHE PIE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 cup milk + 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup green creme de menthe
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (1.4 oz.) pkg whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
additional whipped topping
fresh mint leaves (optional)

Combine pudding mix, 3/4 cup milk, and creme de menthe in a mixing bowl; beat 1 minute at medium speed of mixer. Set aside.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk, vanilla, and whipped topping mix; beat at high speed of mixer 4 minutes or till light and fluffy. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture; pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and chill 8 hours or till firm.

If desired serve with added whipped topping and fresh mint leaves.
