2 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. shredded pepperoni
2/3 c. milk

Combine biscuit mix, shredded pepperoni, and milk; stir with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead 5 times. Roll dough out to 1/2" thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F for 8-10 minutes or till golden brown.
