BEST BARBECUED BURGERS 
2 lb. lean ground chuck (not extra lean)
2 tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 tbsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/8 cup Italian bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours or up to 24 hrs. This is the key so the flavors penetrate the meat so every bite will be the same. Grill to desired doneness and top with your favorite cheese and condiments.
