BAKED PORK CHOP WITH SAUERKRAUT 
6 pork chops
1/2 soup can of water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 recipe of Special Sauerkraut

Brown chops and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan or dish. Combine soup and water and set aside. Place a mound of Special Sauerkraut on top of chops (each). Pour soup mixture over top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour until chops are fork tender.

SPECIAL SAUERKRAUT FOR CHOPS:

17 oz. can sauerkraut
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 diced apples

Combine ingredients.
