BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH SAUERKRAUT 
Oven 275 degrees.

Bread pork chops in beaten egg and bread crumbs. Brown them lightly in oil (Wesson or Crisco). Put pork chops in long baking dish or pan. Add to brown stuff in fry pan (from browning pork chops) chopped onion and some water; add package of sauerkraut. Saute a few minutes. Put sauerkraut on top of pork chops in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Bake another 1/2 hour, taking the tin foil off. Pork chops are good with boiled red potatoes.
