CHOCOLATE PECAN CHESS PIE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
8 inch unbaked pie crust

Beat eggs; add milk and butter. Mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Combine with egg mixture. Add vanilla and beat well. Stir in pecans and pour in pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
