CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. corn muffin mix
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, flour and cocoa. Combine muffin mix with milk and add to sugar mixture; beat well. Add vanilla and melted butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
