SPICY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
6 lbs. hamburger
5 onions
3/4 of a green pepper
5 carrots, grated
1 bulb fresh garlic
1 stick butter

Chop, grate and saute. Then add: Salt & red pepper Oregano Dash of garlic salt Pinch of rosemary Pinch of sage 2 tsp. basil leaves 3 bay leaves 3 pinches thyme 1 tsp. MSG Parsley flakes Dash of cayenne pepper

Add: 1 (12 oz.) can tomato puree 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. pale sherry wine

Fresh mushrooms or add canned mushrooms during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Cook all day.
