1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans

Bake in greased and floured Bundt cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 40 minutes or until firm. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sugar and oil and mix. Add spices and soda and flour; add to egg mixture. Add pie filling, pecans and raisins. Bake as above. Delicious with easy butterscotch icing on top.

EASY BUTTERSCOTCH ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk or cream
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt in saucepan the butter and add brown sugar. Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the milk and remove from heat. Add the confectioners sugar and vanilla and mix well. Let cool to lukewarm. (If too thin, add confectioners sugar a little at a time until the consistency is spreadable. If too thick, add milk a little at a time for the right consistency.)
