TABOOLEY SALAD 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat Bulgar
3 lg. peeled cucumbers
12 green onions
6 bunches parsley
4 tomatoes
2/3 c. olive oil

Soak whole wheat in water 1 hour. Drain and squeeze dry. Chop all vegetables fine. Combine vegetables and wheat, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, lemon juice and oil.

(I use 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup Wesson oil.) I used paper towels to soak up moisture in wheat rather than squeezing dry.
