ORIENTAL STEAK SALAD 
1 c. broccoli florets, blanched
4 oz. sliced cooked steak
1 c. med. tomato, seeded & diced
2 tbsp. sliced scallion
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. tamari (wheat free)
1 tsp. water
1/8 tsp. minced fresh ginger root

In medium bowl combine broccoli, steak, tomato and scallion. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add to broccoli mixture and toss to combine. Serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 cup vegetables, 1 cup salad.
