Miniature marshmallows

For each cookie you will need 1 graham cracker broken in half. Spread one half with peanut butter. Place 6 to 8 marshmallows on top of the peanut butter and then cover with the other graham cracker half. Place in microwave on a plate and cook for 20 to 25 seconds until marshmallows are puffed. Serve immediately.
