GRAHAM CRACKER COOKIE 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. graham crackers (usually 3 packages per box)
Chopped nuts (about 1 cup)

Put foil on cookie sheets. Separate graham cracker into 4 parts. Arrange on cookie sheets sprinkle with chopped nuts.

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Bring to boil about 3 minutes and thicken. Spoon butter and sugar mixture over cracker. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, watch they burn quickly.
