SHRIMP STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
1 c. low fat ricotta cheese
4 1/2 oz. chicken of the sea broken shrimp
1 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper seasoning
5 oz. large macaroni shells (about 18) cooked
1 pkg. 1.8 lemon dill sauce mix, dry
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
Grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, pepper sauce, lemon juice and seasoning. Divide filling among shells and place in ungreased 11 x 7 x 3 inch baking dish. Set aside. In medium saucepan, gradually combine sauce mix, water, and milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minutes. Pour over shells. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake covered 20 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings.
