SPANISH RICE 
2/3 c. rice
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 pt. canned tomatoes
2 med. onions
1 tsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 c. water
Chili powder to taste

Wash rice and drain, brown in bacon drippings. Add tomatoes, onions, chili powder, salt, bouillon cubes and water. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
