TURKEY LOAF 
4 med. size sweet potatoes
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. each Worcestershire sauce & Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1 med. size red bell pepper
4 scallions
2 lb. ground turkey
1 c. frozen corn kernels

Whisk 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup chili sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper in bowl. Stir in oats. Let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop bell pepper and thinly slice scallions. Add turkey, bell pepper, scallions and frozen corn kernels to oat mixture. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Lightly grease a roasting pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
