CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
6 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, and salt; sift. Mix all together and add remaining ingredients.

Beat all together 2 minutes on medium speed. Fill 18 liners 1/2 full. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top of chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Frost when cooled and top with nuts or coconut.
