SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6 med. size yellow squash
2 med. size onions
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sharp grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Slice squash and onions about 1/4" thick. Place in steamer and steam until tender. Remove from steamer and place in medium size casserole dish. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with chopped up stewed tomatoes and tomato juice. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts and casserole is heated through. Serves 6.
