SQUASH DRESSING 
2 c. stewed squash
2 c. cornbread, crumbled
1 c. cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
2 stalks celery
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chicken, cooked

Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender on low heat. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Use some chicken broth if needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
