CORN RELISH SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and chill. This makes 4 servings.
