CORN RELISH SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimentos, diced
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and chill. (Must do ahead.) Keeps about a month in tightly covered jar.
