CORN RELISH SALAD 
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn
1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 jar (4 oz.) pimento, diced
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients and chill. Keeps well.
