CORN SALAD RELISH 
18 ears corn
1 lg. cabbage
2 bell peppers (red)
2 bell peppers (green)
2 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. celery seed
3 c. sugar
4 lg. onions
2 hot peppers
1 bunch celery
1 sm. jar mustard
2 qts. vinegar

Chop and combine all ingredients together and place in a suitable pot. Bring to a boil and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
