CORN SALAD RELISH 
1 gal. cut corn
2 qt. cabbage, chopped
2 c. sweet red peppers, chopped
2 c. sweet green peppers, chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. celery salt or seed
1 or 2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. water
1 qt. vinegar
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. turmeric

Mix all ingredients together. Simmer for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Seal in sterile jar.
