1 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg. Beat until light. Mix in flour. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with pecan half or sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
