BLUE-CHEESE DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
4 oz. blue cheese
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire

In small bowl with spoon, mix all ingredients; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate dip until ready to serve.

Super Tip-freeze the blue cheese 1st. Place in chopper, grinder whatever-turns it to powder. mix and frig-powder blue cheese flavors everything-no sudden clumps of over powering blue cheese. do not over grind-will turn into mass if is not frozen. Much better after in frig over night.
