FLUFFY PANCAKES AND WAFFLES 
2 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

1. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.

2. Beat egg yolks and milk to mix.

3. Add dry ingredients and melted butter; beat until smooth.

4. Fold in egg whites gently.

5. Bake on lightly greased hot griddle or waffle iron.

Loved this recipe. I was only making for one so I split the recipe in half. I loved the idea of whipping the egg whites, it definitely helped with the fluffy-ness!However, even though I split the recipe in half I still used 2 egg whites, but one yolk. This was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.
