HUNGARIAN CABBAGE-RICE AND BEEF 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. raw rice
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of sour salt (citric acid) or 1 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic powder to taste

Brown beef, add all ingredients together in large pot, bring to boil, add water if necessary. Stir frequently to keep from scorching. Cook approximately 1 hour.
