DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, beaten lightly
3 or 4 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 roll crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Durkee's sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
Dash of hot sauce
Black pepper to taste

Mix well. Put in crab shells. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 10 to 12 shells.
