DEVILED CRAB BALLS 
2 c. crabmeat
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 lg. onions
3 hard boiled eggs
Bread crumbs

DRESSING:

1 c. milk or cream (scalded)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. butter (scant)
Little nutmeg

Boil dressing 3 minutes and pour over crab meat. Chill. Dip in egg and cracker crumbs. Deep fry.
