CRAB BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Horseradish to taste
Ritz crackers

Mix crab meat and cream cheese by hand; mix thoroughly. Form mixture into ball and refrigerate until firm. Mix ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish together, pour over crab ball just before serving. Serve with Ritz or other crackers.
